Everyone has at least 1 dominant / preferred thinking style. Most people have 2. Not talking about - behavioral, intelligence, personality or strength. Just a person’s dominant thinking style and how it compares to others on the Leadership Team. Are there any "thinking style" gaps in your Leadership Team? Each participant is given a detailed analysis of their Preferred Thinking Styles and the organization get a composite of their Leadership Team’s Preferred Thinking Styles.
